Berry smoothie


  • 1 cup mixed berries (140 g)
  • 1 cup berry juice (250 g)
  • ½ cup fat-free flavoured yoghurt (125 g) and
  • ice cubes and water


Place all ingredients into a blender and blender for a minute until smooth and ready to drink
